In short: Wollert PCI reports are dominated by measurable finishing items. Each has a number attached to it, which is what makes them worth raising.
The door clearance range
Door to frame clearance outside the two to five millimetre range needs adjusting. It is specified, it is measurable, and it takes a feeler gauge rather than an opinion. We record it on Wollert handovers routinely, alongside uneven gaps between frames and leaves.
Fifteen millimetres above the window
Less than the fifteen millimetre clearance needed between the lintel and the window frame. This one is not cosmetic. That gap exists so the lintel can deflect under load without bearing on the window frame. Without it, the window carries structural load it was never designed for, and it shows up later as a cracked or jammed window.
Coloured concrete in different shades
Finished in noticeably different shades across the paving. Colour variation in concrete is partly inherent, which is why builders push back on it - but noticeably different shades across one continuous area is a workmanship item, and the standard addresses it.
Blocking missing at the steel beam
Missing where it is needed to support the skirting later. A small item found at PCI that creates a finishing problem afterwards, when the fix requires opening what has just been finished.
